The hotel is located in Gaziantep, close to downtown and other places. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. As a budget hotel it is one of the best options for this city.

Disappointment

I stayed at Ibis Hotel on December 13th and 14th, and it was a complete disappointment. During my two-night stay, on Saturday evening around 9 PM, I returned to the hotel to rest, only to find a loud party taking place in the area below the hotel. Since I was staying on the 7th floor, I assumed the noise wouldn’t reach my room. However, to my dismay, the noise was so loud that it disturbed my sleep even on the 7th floor. I couldn't fall asleep until after 1 AM, when the party finally ended. The next morning, during checkout, I was informed by the reception that these parties are held every other Saturday. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Şehrin merkezinde, konforlu bir otel

Otel, şehrin merkezi yerlerine ve AVM'ye çok yakın bir konumda, kapalı otoparkı mevcut olan 10 katlı bir otel. Resepsiyon görevlileri son derece ilgili ve yardımsever. Otel genel olarak temiz ve konforlu. Ancak odalar biraz küçük ve 10 katta olmamıza, üstelik sigara içilmeyen oda tercih etmemize rağmen banyodan sigara kokusu yükseliyordu. Tek sorun olarak bunları gördük. Bunun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi.

Çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Konum merkeziydi. AVM yanı olduğu için de ihtiyaçlarımızı rahatça karşılayabildik. Bar alanında 7/24 alkolsüz içecek dahil servis vardı. 9.kattaydı odamız şehir gürültüsünü daha az hissettik. Personellerden de oldukça memnun kaldık. Yine yolum düşerse tercih ederim.

Memnun kalmadık

Eşimle birlikte 2 gece 3 gün şeklinde konakladım. Yatak çok çok rahatsızdı asla düzgün uyuyamazsınız. Ayrıca sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen banyo sürekli sigara kokuyordu yan odalardan va geliyordu sanırım aşırı rahatsız ediciydi.
