"5th floor too hot time of stay was 18 degrees outside so not due to hot weather. Provided 3 fans but did not sleep at all , no ventilation windows opened an inch and was noisy outside. Should not allow people to stay in the room as was just hot. Property very basic and not great value"

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"Brilliant stay. The only thing that could have been improved was that the blind in the ensuite bathroom was far too see-through given it was directly overlooked by apartments at the back. I ended up not using the bathroom light once it got darker outside as I'm pretty sure guests who do give those residents quite the show! One of the lifts was also out, making the one working lift very busy, but that was neither here nor there really. Other than that - nothing to fault the place at all and all...
