"Air Condition was not working all through the hotel on one of the hottest days of the year, awful hard to breathe let alone sleep."

"All though not overly expensive our room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. staff were very helpful when we had an enquiry about the heater in the bath room which was resolved quickly. Tea, coffee and biscuits were supplied in room."

"The price is very accessible, but the walls are super thin, the water pressure from the shower was terrible, and a lot of very loud guests late into the night."

"I liked the fact we had access to the pool, the actual room was a sauna thanks to the ridiculous heat and we unfortunately had the sun side so it was unbearable to be in it for too long. The shower was rotten really dirty and the plug was blocked with so much hair it was unreal."

"On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). "Clean rooms, good food and food choice, friendly staff. I was less pleased that a couple came into the restaurant area with their dog which they allowed to walk on their chosen table. A number of members of staff obviously saw this but chose to ignore it. There seems to be little point in having a high cleanliness rating if dog owners are not only allowed to bring their animal in to the restaurant but then not challenged when abusing that permission"

"We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time."
