"Hotel is in an incredible location right opposite Sefton Park with a clear view of the lake. Rooms are very clean with tasteful decor, Meghan and her team are absolutely fabulous, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is AMAZING new.menu launched yesterday and everything is fabulous X Honestly you will not be disappointed, enjoy!"

"Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this. Rooms are very basic, but adequate. Location is two minutes away from Railway station so very good for transport links. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, polite and attentive. I feel the photos on website don't accurately reflect the layout of the complex. Definitely not for me and I won't be going back."
