"Amazing staff and service everyone was so nice. Amazing hospitality. We loved everyone and everything about this place. The rooms are very nice and super clean and big apartments. The town is amazing with great food options and things to try. But honestly what made this place shine was the people. Hot springs are very nice especially out door one sitting while you see the river in front of you. For sure will book again for this experience if I am in Japan next time."

"Excellent choice for Kinosake-Onsen. Staff was above and beyond amazing. Incredible location. We were a bit worried that this might be too far from the center of town but on the contrary, it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. Walk into town was beautiful. "We loved our stay! Beautiful property in a very convenient location, but above all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. I had a careless oversight and left our train tickets in the room and a staff from the hotel ran all the way to the station to hand us our ticket just in time. Incredible! Thank you so much! We will always stay here when we visit Kinosaki!"

"What an absolutely lovely stay! The sisters are the cutest and their guesthouse is cozy and clean and a perfect experience for visiting the onsens. A ticket for the hot springs is not included, and a one day pass is not valid for 24h but one day, so keep that in mind since the check in is at 15 :) you do get a yukata which definitely adds to the experience so maybe worth the wait though. I bought an extra ticket for my favourite onsen the following morning before check out and that was also...
