"お盆休みに利用させていただきました。部屋にトイレがなく、共同トイレだった点は正直かなり不便に感じました。また、夕食や朝食の時間について、何人ものスタッフの方から個別に確認され、その都度同じことを伝えなければならなかったのも気になりました。特に残念だったのが夕食です。部屋でいただくスタイルでしたが、料理の提供にかなり時間がかかり、食事が終わるまで約2時間かかりました。大人だけならまだしも、子供連れで2時間の夕食はかなりきつかったです。また、料理と料理の間も時間が空き、その間スタッフの方も部屋にいないため、飲み物を追加で頼みたくてもなかなか頼めない状況でした。料理の味以前に、もう少しスムーズに食事ができるようにしていただきたかったです。スタッフの方々は挨拶もしっかりされていて、感じの良い方が多かっただけに、その他の部分が残念に感じました。"

One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. "The location of the ryokan was great as it was just a few minutes walking from the station. It’s also very close to the most popular of the seven onsens. The staff are also extremely nice and the old lady who led me to my room and served me tea was very kind and caring. I highly recommend this ryokan for how good it is and a price that really can’t be beat. Also you get a pass to all of the onsens once you check in. Highly recommend "

"Pretty impressed with their thoughtfulness and excellent service! Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! In addition, they offered me a hot towel and a choice of free welcome drink (you can choose from beer to soft drink or a snack). The breakfast is wonderful too! Piping hot miso soup based hotpot served with dishes made from local ingredients. Only drawback is it is a 10 min walk from Toyooka JR Station."
