"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. "Small issues like not that clean and in the bath the bath water setting kept moving to turn the shower on. Its a dingy looking hotel but what makes up for it is the exceptionally professional staff. Very polite, positive and respectful to me as a guest, IN FACT, I checked out of Barcelo Bilbao Nervion to come and stay here for the last night of my stay in Bilbao. Because the staff at that hotel, which calls itsself a 4 star hotel are rude, cold and you get questioned like a suspect thieve but a weird guy who stands by the elavator at the the Barcelo So in comparison the staff here are so much nicer. The bed was extremely comfortable too so I am a happy customer following my stay at the Hesperia"
