Misleading advertisement and management didnā€™t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime, the groups were using many of the facilities which meant we couldnā€™t. Particularly the football, basketball and table tennis tables were in use for organise competitions. When it came to bedtime, the noise didnā€™t stop and in fact got worse. We were kept awake until 2:30am. The noise then started again at 7am. When we raised this as a complaint in the morning, while the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful, the management were not on site and contrary to the advert, only Spanish was spoken so as English speakers we found it difficult. I emailed the office email address to complain and nearly a week later Iā€™m yet to have any meaningful response. Hotels.com have given me a small goodwill gesture payment

El lugar es bonito,la piscina tambiƩn esta bien,los baƱos pasables, el desayuno bƔsico pero no esta mal , pero lo peor la cabaƱa puff olƭa fatal no hay nada mas que las literas y 2 enchufes , ventanas sin mosquiteras que no te atreves casi habrirlas por los bichos y el olor que entra del riachulo estanque )en fin la verdad que no es nada caro pero no repetiremos a no ser que haya mejora en las casetas si invirtieran un poquito poniendo un suelo mas en condiciones y ventiladores mosquiteras y algo mas de limpieza,ganaria mucho porque el lugar es muy bonito .

El lugar es hermoso, las cabaƱas son las literas y ya estƔ, lo bueno esta en el sitio que hay desde cancjas de futbol tirolinas piscina esta genial. No es nada lujoso pero para pasar unos dias en familia con niƱos genial.

Sencillo y agradable

Trato muy amable; cabaƱas sencillas, con algĆŗn enchufe mĆ”s hubiera sido mĆ”s cĆ³modo; instalaciones de ocio mejorables, estaban bastante deterioradas (mesas de ping-pong, futbolines y mesa de air hockey); baƱos y duchas limpiados varias veces al dĆ­a, ok; y la piscina, lo que mĆ”s hemos disfrutado.

Paseo en familia!!!

Bonito lugar, bien para ir sobretodo en familia, la piscina muy amplia, mis hijos se lo pasaron bomba, si hay que poner un pero dirƭa que las literas quedaron un poco pequeƱas o es que mis hijos son un poco grandes. En general, lo recomiendo!!!

Esta muy bien para campamentos de crĆ­os.

Al reservarlo por la web nos engaƱaron. Hasta por escrito nos pusieron que lo que habiamos contratado era un bungalow de 4 personas w. Cuando llegamos allĆ­.. CabaƱa con 3 literas dobles, con baƱo comĆŗn y sin toallas. El personal de allĆ­ tampoco sabĆ­an que decirnos, solo que si lo rechazabamos nos cobrarĆ­an una noche. AsĆ­ todo estuvimos bien con los demĆ”s usuarios y disfrutamos de buenas y muy limpias instalaciones.

como bungalog muy austero ya que. sin servicios ni t.v. ni una mala silla en el interior ni un triste espejo. pero precio calidad esta bien. sin embargo por todo el entorno un diez por toda la zona ajardinada y la piscina muy bien.

Esto no es un hotel, es un campamento de verano

Una porquerƭa, es un campamento de verano, con literas. El servicio estƔ fuera y lo de desayuno continental es una farsa. Recomendado, si acaso, como lugar para descansar del camino de Santiago. Que no te engaƱen, esto no es un hotel, o si, en paƭses tercermundistas. En vez de maletas, lleva antimosquitos, antihormigas, etc...

Alojamiento estupenda relaciĆ³n calidad precio, cerca de todo( Santander, cabarceno, playas,montaƱa) piscina grande y limpia. Desayuno justo, adecuado al lugar y precio ( no puedes pedir lo mismo que un ****), ideal para familias, fuimos una familia con 3 niƱos. Personal estupendo, tanto recibimiento como partida
