"Property was nice, exceeded expectations. Rooms were cute with each room separate cabins. Property is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and is a bit towered over by a hotel next door. Direct view of volcano. Restaurant was beautiful with lots of birds. Breakfast was great (didn’t try any other meals there). Hot springs were much nicer than in the pictures. "

Majority of staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Drinks at the bar were lovely and happy hour every evening was a nice surprise, although the menu is much smaller. "

"This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice.
