"This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. "Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "

"I cannot say enough about our stay here. The owner helped my friend picking herbs and making a tea to settle her stomach. They ensured we had enough towels and checked in daily with us. Theu staff were very helpful. They have just added 2 new rooms and the views aroind the property were perfect. There is a swinging bridge you walk over to get to breakfast in the morning and they follow their schedule it was perfect and i am already planning my next visit back"

"Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive. "The breakfast was basically the same day over day. There were warmers with beans/rice, scrambled eggs, dried-out chilaquiles, plantains, some sort of meat dish, and then fresh fruit.
