"Property is somewhat old. Our room has paint pealing from the ceiling. Also bed seemed to be broken. We also had white dust all over our room I’m guessing from the ac unit. The hotel did come and vacuum the ac unit. However it took sometime for them to clean the room."

"A group of us stayed at the West& Main property recently and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only about 20mins from Center City, Philly. Check in was quick and easy with front desk staff being both welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Upon first entering it also smelled freshly cleaned which we all appreciated. At one point we requested extra towels and the gentleman who brought them (within 10mins of us calling the front desk might I add) was so pleasant and...

It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much.
