No Ice Machines worked we had to get the ice from the kitchen never again"

"Second year in a row we were there and they were renovating. Maybe decide to renovate your bathrooms after super billards expo when your hotel isnt packe anll weekend other than that breakfast and staff were amazing. "

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall stay at the Crowne Plaza. I had ants in my room, the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet was average. The oatmeal consisted of instant packets and the overall variety of the buffet was subpar. I had to advise one of the staff that the coffee creamer had curdled. A facelift will definitely help the hotel bring back its zest. I rate the hotel a 4 out of 10 for overall satisfaction. I will say that the customer service from the staff was a 10 out of 10."
