"A lovely, quiet, family-run hotel in Huashan, 3km from the hustle and bustle of Xingping old town. Google Maps location is not correct, so here are the coordinates to help you find it: 24.9269990, 110.5008000. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Free pick-up from Yangshuo was perfect. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioning works well and bed is comfy. Chinese breakfast is huge and very tasty (noodle soup, sweet potato, fried egg, fresh fruit). Western option also available. Top Guilin Hotel Reviews

Shangri-La Guilin

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is truly a 5+ star resort. The breakfast was incredible, the rooms more comfortable than I could imagine and the staff was so helpful friendly, and accommodating. I can not praise this property more and anytime my travels take me to Guilin this wull be the only hotel I will stay in. There is 2 restaurants 1 very comfortable and large bar a pools and absolutely beautiful grounds to stroll along with the peacocks that accompany you. They also have a travel agency on the premises that can quickly and bery economically provide you with transportation needs and sights you wish to see. I just cant say enough what a great time I had there abd the staff made it all possible"

GuiLin Lijiang Wangyue Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English). Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing! All in all great experience. Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets."

Yangshuo Fairyland Hotel

8/10 Good

"Good stay overall. Not exactly a 5 star experience but still one of the nicer hotels in the area. Reception is messy, coffee was not included in the breakfast, flimsy toilets (bidet that is not intuitive), very hot in the breakfast area during our stay (AC was not on). However, the room was spacious, comfortable and with a nice view."
