"The positives were great location, friendly staff, nice happy hour, lively bar, quiet room, and great boat tour (Tony was the best!). Negatives would be poor lighting, not much shelf space in the bathroom, not the easiest AC to navigate (instructions at check in would be helpful), and 33 Euros for breakfast seems pretty high (we opted out). Overall, my rating would be closer to 4.5 if didn't have to round down or up."

"The hotel was a great location , central to all the main sightseeing. Walked everywhere.Fantastic history to the building. Staff very welcoming on arrival. We were at the back of the hotel so no noise to speak of. Room was very clean at first glance, bedding fresh, and well decorated, nice modern bathroom with nice toiletries.Great coffee machine and tea facilities, also fridge which we used for fresh milk bought at a supermarket 1 min away. Hairdryer fine, I managed to dry and style my hair ok. Wasn’t a fan of open storage, wished there was at least one drawer for more personal items, lights so dim I couldn’t read in the evening! Rug was very stained and walls very scuffed. Although the room was clean on arrival, housekeeping wasn’t to my standard for the rest of my stay. Good city hotel for short stay!"
