"Desgraciadamente nuestra experiencia fue mala. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque no lograron hacer que la pantalla funcionara (esa en realidad no es parte de la mala experiencia). En la nueva habitación, el baño no tenía ventilación, nunca hicieron limpieza y eso que si tenían su sobre para la propina, la luz exterior de las áreas comunes es tan fuerte que ilumina toda la habitación sin cortinas suficientes por lo que el descanso no fue el ideal. "The location was a bit far from downtown, specially going to location as it was a steep incline. The shower floor was slippery since it had same tile as the walls. This created a dangerous situation if one takes a shower barefoot."

"Charming property and beautiful location. The nicest host you could ask for. I upgraded to the balcony room, which has a lovely view. Breakfast is simple but appreciated, with good coffee. Definitely appreciate the help in finding the location and getting my luggage up the many steps (for which Guanajuato is famous). I'd be happy to stay again!"
