The hotel and staff are amazing, but the music from the club next to us didn’t let us sleep all night. Only part I wouldn’t recommend about this hotel is the neighboring business.

The hotel is centrally located to shops , restaurants, and other activities. The rooms were clean . The staff was attentive and polite. At night; the streets can get loud, but it does get quiet again once majority of city activities are over. The breakfast offered was delicious.

Nice stay, but overpriced without included breakfast I recently stayed at Casa Kloster via Expedia. The room was clean, good air conditioning, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. However, I felt that the price was too high for what was offered — the cost didn’t include breakfast, and that really made a difference. For the price paid, I expected more amenities or some complimentary breakfast at least. Overall, good hotel. Would recommend checking what is included before booking and comparing with other options.

We loved the location, everything was walking distance. Even though is very close to the centro and the night life, it was very quiet and comfortable. The decor was my favorite, fell in love with it!!!! Definitely staying there when I go back.

Excellent property in the heart of Guanajuato, 4 minute walk to the Jardin and Juarez theater. The property is fairly new and the restaurant breakfast is very delicious. They also have an elevator, most hotels in Guanajuato don’t. The staff is super friendly and cater to your hotel needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous property in a great location with excellent service. Better to get a room on the inside as the outside can be noisy at night right across from a night Club. overall, we had a really great stay.
