Hotel berdekatan Gua Thien Cung

"This was a very nice place to stay."

"Inolvidable"

"Top"

"Rooms were spacious and comfortable"

"Staff and quality of food provided"

"担当してくれたローズが素晴らしかった！ サラは、翌朝のスイムを手配してくれてありがたい！ スタッフの接遇レベルは、日本以上！"

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not the 5-star cruise that was advertised. Our cabin had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room and made us feel nauseous. Even staff members who came to inspect the room had to cover their noses. We requested a room change immediately but were told there were no other rooms. staff lit scented candles, blocked the drains, and turned on an ozone machine inside the enclosed cabin. ozone machines...

"The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎"

"Excellent all round"

"The boat is lovely, the food is great and the rooms are really comfortable and have a nice vibe. The staff really take great care of you, Henry and Chi were such great hosts, extremely hospitable and made sure we were entertained the entire time."

"This cruise was nice, the area though is packed with other boats so not very secluded. The room (Royal Suite) was lovely with great views. The restaurant staff were the best "

"Good "

"Nice tidy room. Extremely friendly and outgoing staff. Big dinners! "

"L’hôtel est très bien par lui même. Mais Tuan Chau est une ville de transit vers les croisières. Nous étions donc seuls dans cet hôtel et dans la ville ! Difficile de trouver à manger le soir. Il vaut mieux prendre un grab vers Halong. Mais sinon, belle chambre, belle terrasse et belle piscine le tout avec vue sur la baie. "

"The boat amd our room were super clean and comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating leading up to and during the cruise, especially Helen with our booking and Stella, our amazing waitress on the cruise!! We highly recommend Rita Cruises."
