"The view is so amazing from our room. The staffers are so friendly and helpful. The property is good in condition. Food is not really good for breakfast, the dining room is large, but still small for too crowd specially on the weekend. The hallway wasn't really smelling good. Just such friendly opinions. Needs a little improvement, but still recommended to everyone. Loved and was happy to stay here. Will come back as have a change."

"가족끼리 오붓한 여행이 되었어요 독채형 단독빌라라서 좋았어요 다만 옆동이랑 붙어있어서 노래부르는 소리가 다 들려서 밤에 좀 시끄러웠네요(마이크로 고성방가)그외에는 주변 조경 관리도 잘 되어서 좋았어요 조식도 종류가 많은편은 아니였지만 깔끔하고 정갈해서 먹는데 불편함없이 아주 맛나게 먹었어요 빵 종류가 많고 계속 만들고 있어서 신선했어요 즉석요리가 별로 없어서 좀 아쉬웠네요 수영장은1.25M여서 다소 아쉽지만 가족단위 놀기에는 무난해요"

"We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place."

"I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. "Service was top notch. Our butler Brian attended to our every need. All the staff for that matter was on top of every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food on board was phenomenal. You really do get what you pay for with these experiences and I had zero complaints. The water was clean when we went in for each excursion, and there was truly nothing like waking up to and being surrounded by those incredible views everywhere you look. Worth every penny. "
