"I'm a regular traveler from Australia. 5th time to Vietnam. Wish I knew about Delasea on prior trips. 5 star hotel with 5 star service. Every single staff member is polite and goes out of their way for every request.
I booked 5 nights and by my 4th day they remembered my room number at breakfast,the type of eggs I like and had my hot chocolate made for me cafe quality. All brought to my table.

"Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

Many friends stay in Hà Nội to access Ha Long Bay - we recommend staying at D’Lecia and experiencing Ha Long Bay and going back to Hà Nội by Grab Cab when you have enjoyed the bay experience and had a rest after your trip.
