"Visiting Bordeaux for the first time, our host made us feel welcome and provided an excellent overview of the town, places to see, a few (very excellent) food recommendations and was available the whole stay to answer questions. Our room was perfectly prepared with everything we needed. The location made for easy walking to markets/attractions and also the tram. We had a fabulous time thanks to George’s fine hospitality."

"The hotel staff were excellent and nothing was a bother. Happy to switch from French to English depending on the guest language skills. Great secure parking. The light rail passes the hotel front door so leave your car and explore Bordeaux by light rail."

"My room was spacious and clean, and the AC was a blessed relief in the heat. Location was solid for getting around. I can’t say much about the service, as I only interacted with the front desk at check-in and check-out. The desk person always seemed to be in the break room but came out when he heard me out there. No one recognized my BW status at check-in, which I thought was odd given how high mine is. I did have to request an ironing board, and the one he gave me was pretty worn out (iron pad...
