A wonderful very well-kept historic family-run small hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Ferry, restaurants and Villa Carlotta are in walking distance.

What an Incredible place! The hotel is in a gorgeous location, right on the lake and within a 5 minutes walk from the ferry. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were so nice, welcoming and helpful in giving us tips on how to explore the area and Milan. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience! Hope to be back soon!

Perfect location and great service

Small family hotel right at the water with view to Bellagio, close to the ferry service and several restaurants. Garden with pool and solarium - all well kept and with beatiful views up the hill behind the hotel, where no traffic can be heard. The service is impeccable and we would happily recommend this place and come back ourselves.

Very nice people at the front desk. However, after check-out, we were told that we could park in their lot for free while we spent the afternoon in Bellagio. We came back to Bellagio and they decided to change their policy by saying we had parked for too long (total time spent in Bellagio were 7 hours, including transport time). They decided, without my consent, to charge my credit card for $24.

Recommendable Hotel 👍

Small and nice located hotel - good service clean well equipped rooms. Easy parking facilities on site. Nice small pool area with a great view on the lake and the mountains. The breakfast was good, so all in all a recommendable choice for a long week or small vacation.

Dit was onze 1e keer in Como en wat een onvergetelijke ervaring. Alles was perfect, de locatie centraal, zeer schoon, goed ontbijt, mooie authentieke kamer en uitstraling villa. De beide gastheren zijn echt geweldig en doen alles om je verblijf perfect te laten verlopen. In een woord super!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce super hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse, climatisée et avec tout le confort. L’ensemble de l’hôtel, chambres, restaurant, piscine et parc sont d’une propreté exemplaire. La direction ainsi que le personnel est très accueillant. 3박 4일 동안 이 아름답고 작은 호텔에서 지냈습니다. 주인 아저씨의 첫 인상이 정말 좋았고 머무는 내내 환영받고 보살핌을 받는 기분이 들었습니다. 주차 공간도 넉넉하고 꼬모호수가 바로 보여요. 호텔 뒤 정원에는 곳곳에 쉴 공간들이 마련되어 있고 수영장이 있습니다. 호수를 바라보며 하는 수영이 최고에요! 조식은 로비 옆 베란다에서 직접 테이블에 차려 주시는데 주스와 커피을 주문 받으시고 신속하게 내어 주십니다. 호수를 배경으로 예쁜 조식을 꼭 드셔보세요. 룸은 청결했고 기본 어멘티는 제공되지 않으나 저는 개인 세면도구를 항상 챙겨다니기 때문에 이것이 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 방에 음식 섭취가 불가하고 물이 제공되지 않으니 참고하세요. 또 오고싶은 호텔입니다. The owner was extremely gentle and kind. Even it’s a small 3 stars hotel, the service and the organization were over 5 stars. There are beautiful breakfast, garden and swimming pool. You can enjoy all of these with lake view. The ferry terminal is near and you can go to Bellagio in 10mins. I highly recommend this pretty hotel.

Bella, accogliente, arredata con il gusto e la sobrietà di una villa ottocentesca. Personale affabile e disponibile, servizi ottimi. Pur essendo sulla strada, rimane molto tranquilla. Merita senza alcun dubbio una seconda visita, magari in tarda primavera. La colazione, pur ottima, sarebbe, a mio solo parere, preferibile a buffet. Complimenti ai gestori!
