"Everything from checking in to checking out was excellent. We actually wanted to use the pool for more than 30 minutes but there were too many other families there. I don't mind how crowded it was, however, some parents weren't supervising their children and it made it difficult to enjoy. Luckily our two year old grandchild didn't fight too hard about going back to the room to finish "swimming" in the tub.
