"This place was a total sleaze bag motel! It’s right off the freeway looks run down and the parking lot was empty except for the two women sitting in a black car with blacked out windows. The attendant wasn’t even in the office came running over and got us in our room. The women in the black car tracking us the entire time. We didn’t stay long as we were headed out to a concert. Got a call from the attendant saying she needed to get my credit card and then a call back saying she found it and it...

Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room."

"Good place for just a quick night stay. I wouldnt want to stay longer than that. Garbage cans in room had no bags and the Kleenex box was half ripped of paper. Just didn’t feel super clean"

"Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price."

"My first morning there I overslept and missed getting coffee at Starbucks. The front desk person, Noriya, was busy on the computer. I politely asked her for two extra coffee packets. Without ever making eye contact, she got up, found two and shoved them at me. I ignored her rudeness. I then realized that I would also need extra creamer. I asked Noriya if I could also have two of the packets that contained the sweeteners and stirrers. I then asked, “do those contain creamers too?” She kept right...

"The hotel was in the process of being converted from Best Western to Clarion. Evidence of on going construction was everywhere. Check in took way too long. The room was really not ready for people staying in it."

"When we arrived the they had given our room to someone. When my wife and daughters went to the room there was someone in it. After an hour in the lobby with all our stuff they found a room. It was a king but we had a 2 queen room. Was 4 of us. The guy working in 3rd shift did his best but whoever gave our room away did not! "
