"The Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood is clean, staff are friendly and provided us with good breakfast. At first, we thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. However, the service we received outweighs the surrounding area. We felt safe knowing that there’s a security especially monitoring the parking underground the building. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice. The front desk sent me a text to check if everything is going well so far. We stayed at this hotel...

"I walk with a cane and needed help loading and unloading my room. Everyone was very accommodating."

"Property was in ok conditions, or room had garbage from i dont know when. When i turned on shower faucet the water came out light brown then turned clear. While we were spending time in pool, there was a group of girls blow drying and straightening their hair outside office. Then there were others smoking weed by pool, that ended our pool time short. Staff was very friendly but i definitely think there should be safer guidelines the staff follows."

"The room was not how it was shown in the pictures. There were bugs in the tube when we got there. We had roaches coming in the room. Thank god we weren’t staying in the hotel room the entire time, just to sleep but even with that we weren’t too comfortable sleeping in there because of the conditions the room was in. Definitely not coming here again. "

"Clean and remodeled. However, your experience highly depends on the people that you share the "townhouse" with. If they use the kitchen and don't clean after themselves you find yourself without clean items to use. Finding a parking spot is almost impossible, if we knew we wouldn't have chosen this place to stay. The bed was just a regular flimsy bed. Made noises. We didn't like not having a tv in the room. "Very close to main highways, air conditioning worked. The staff was so nice!! Target right across the street was very nice for picking up small items, food etc. plenty of parking "

"We stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. This hotel is so much better than Hilton or Sheraton, and is a fraction of the price. The hourly shuttle to CityWalk was great. Staff was friendly, rooms were stellar, and the environment was so fun! Nightly movies in the pool and complimentary wine in the room was fantastic. We will definitely stay here in the future. "

"Se veia limpio el estacionamiento, aunque estaba descompuesto un elevador el cual seria no fumar y olía mucho a cigarrro, la habitación tenia su pequeña cocina y se veia limpio y no olia mal . No contaba con secadora, o shampoo solo un jabón para laa manos . Pero lo demas esta muy y solo vas a dormir. El desayuno que sirven no es tal cual desayuno, es cafe , avena y unos panes empaquetados y barritas en el lobby ."
