"Everything was pretty good, just wish the rooms had a thermostat/AC"

"Bar very expensive. Breakfast excellent. Limited hospitality tray in room. On floor 7 - corridor tired, carpet very stained and need a good clean. Bed hard. Strong smell of cannabis in corridor most of the weekend. Carpark adjacent shut despite Expedia saying it was open day before. 10 min walk with cases to nearest carpark. "

"The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

"Check in could be slightly improved if someone was dedicated solely to the front desk. They seemed a bit rushed off their feet with the event on at the same time. More lighting and grit in the car park would be good too. Because of the event on at the time, it was quite a full car park. Being on my own walking through the dark, slippy car park, I didn't feel the most comfortable. More lighting over signage would be helpful to guide around the car park too. "

"Stayed here for the first time, short stay of one night staff were very friendly, receptionist was lovely and welcoming, room was spacious and clean, comfy bed and all facilities in working order.. would definitely stay again. "

"Centrally located which is very handy and good balcony view. City noise as to expected. Comfy and big bed and lots of lights and spare plugs. I like the independence and and also concierge if needed. Checking out as late as 11am was a luxury. "
