"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

"This property is top notch! We are in love and wish we'd found it earlier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. From registration to pool/food attendants, maintenance, . .... Everyone was so nice. The facilities are beautiful and everything you need is there! Highly recommend this resort and if we come to the Keys again, we will absolutely be staying here!!!!!"

"After booking, pool stopped working and we were unable to use during our stay. Staff did notify prior to arrival, but no discount or refund was given, just a suggestion that the restaurant next door had a pool for customers. Staff answered requests promptly. Noise was minimal, close location to restaurants and grocery. Linens were clean."
