"My husband and I came to see the Ark Encounter. The property was well maintained. We only saw the staff on check in and check out We were checked in quickly. I guess my only complaint is that the juice was very watery and coffee at breakfast was horrible and commented on by other guests."

"Everything thing was very good but for a few issues with maintenance. In our room the shower had a leak and the shower plumbing faucets were not in great condition. Everything else was 4 star and the staff was 5 star for guest relations and helpfulness."

Every room says "No Smoking" but everything smell like tobacco and maryjane. But over all the coffee was good."
