"Room was clean but small . Staff was all very nice . Breakfast was per usual . Air conditioning was not very cold . For the price it was all good . We went to The Ark which was only a few miles from hotel ."

"New building, tall ceilings, clean and gleaming property and room, including kitchenette in the room . Breakfast was very good too. The AC unit was too cold and difficult to control but we managed. I absolutely will add this chain to my list of goto hotels."

"The best coffee anywhere Nice that breakfast changed somewhat every day we were there."

"very hard to get a receipt we got put in a connecting room very uncomfortable with that as we have no clue who's in the other room someone kept opening the door it sounded like lock on door missing took a while to get it fixed. it is close to the ark wish there were places to eat in town found one place good prices poor staff not n knowing what to do"

"Easy check in. No issues. Would return in the future."

"Very clean and nice for the price!"

"Nice big comfy room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast! Easy access to interstates"

"The staff was awesome, and so was the hut we stayed in! Loved it!!"

"Easy check in and check out. Room was clean. No shampoo and conditioner just a bar of soap. Also the bathroom should be updated. Was a little gross around the shower etc . Otherwise perfect for the money."

"When I arrive for my reservations that I booked through Expedia, we came to find out that the hotel burnt down two days before we arrived. I was not notified by Expedia nor red roof ends who owns the property. They also will not refund my money they keep saying I canceled the reservation the fricking hotel burnt down and they will not give me a refund in. Expedia isn’t helping me either."
