"Beautiful hotel with a mix of historic charm and modern luxury. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar had stunning views. A little outside the old town but taxis are affordable and easy. Perfect for a relaxing, stylish stay. "
"We really enjoyed our short stay here. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, the room was spotless and the rooftop pool was perfect for us to relax and dip in and out of to cool down. We can’t wait to return and will happily recommend! "
"Lovely clean hotel, rooms nice modern with a small balcony overlooking the pool down to the beach, staff friendly & helpful, stayed half board food verity v good.
Bus stop almost outside the hotel, or take the coast path walk into Playa del Ingles.. enjoyed our stay"
"Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve come across. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Facilities are good. Views are stunning.
-Travel is easy to and from the hotel.
-Very convenient location. All the rooms are sea view.
-There’s a supermarket in the hotel (slightly overpriced but not much worse than surrounding shops).
-Food options would be nicer if they catered to halal food but no complaints!
Definitely recommend."

During your visit to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, you can search for that perfect souvenir at Mesa y Lopez Avenue. While you're in the area, stroll along the beautiful beaches.
Golden beaches and rugged mountains create a stunning backdrop for Las Palmas' vibrant old town. Hike through pine forests in Tamadaba Natural Park, then cool off at Maspalomas' famous sand dunes in the south.
"I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that.
The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from.
I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful.
Overall a good hotel. I would go back."
"It was our second time at this place, and we will be back definitely back again! Thanks to everyone in the team for making your holiday so peaceful and enjoyable!"
"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great.
The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too.
Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.
