"Great location in Amsterdam. The host was an excellent communicator, was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful travel advice for Amsterdam. There are steep stairs, but that is only a problem if you have mobility issues or large luggage. We would definitely stay there again."

"No lift, but the amazing concierge carried my bag up to the 4th floor! Easy location for moving around town, close to a tram stop but super easy to walk as well. Lights would turn on randomly at night but otherwise had a great stay. Nice to have a bar fridge and free drinks to start your trip off. Great view of the canal from the window."

"Worst hotel Ive ever stay. Dirty like an Indian motel. Bed like a jail, mattres are extremely old, they wanted to charge me extra 300 Euro in addition of what was already paid in full in Cheaptikets, had to call support and cheaptixkets heped me with the issue, but condition of the hotel is extremely bad, however you are n the center of everything. Very sad this place could be a gem but they have it in really bad condition."
