"Stayed 2 nights, false fire alarm went off twice, the first time being 6am in the morning. Had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to stand outside for 20 minutes only to be told that it was a false alarm caused by steam. Staff on reception very rude and unhelpful. Made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed. Rest assured I will be telling everyone I know about this awful awful experience."

"The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. They gave directions, hailed a cab for us, gave us information about different restaurants, sight-seeing activities and they were able to provide tickets! This hotel is in a great location close to the bus and train station, shopping and restaurants. We had a room for 3 of us and it was small with not much extra room for our luggage. In addition, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time and they accommodated us. I would definitely stay here...

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff was very friendly.
My only concern was a loud noise coming from outside. It sounded like a generator and would turn on and off throughout the day.
I'd stay with this hotel chain again, but I'd likely choose a different location unless this issue is resolved. I wonder what the source of the noise is and if there are any plans to address it."

"This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away. Our room was very nice, and clean. But we had a door to an adjoining room and the people next door had a baby who started crying at 5am every day and we could hear it clearly. Also, the park view means you are on the busy street so unless you really need to see the park, save some money and don’t get...
