"The digital lock never worked and the swimming pool was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing as the children were keen to use it. There was also only one staff member with a rather arrogant attitude when we were asked to show ID and provide a card for access after the digital key failed, even though we were happy to provide all room confirmation and other details. This issue happened the second day of our stay.

"L’hôtel était satisfaisant. La literie est très bien et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est correcte. Le quartier autour de l’hôtel est très calme mais les lieux d’intérêts sont proches.
En revanche, gros bémol pendant le séjour. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 6h30 un dimanche matin, ce qui peut arriver. Toutefois un minimum de communication de la part du personnel aurait été appréciable. Nous étions dans la rue sans savoir si nous pouvions rentrer dans l’hôtel et plusieurs...

Shower was powerful enough with plenty hot water - slight issue with attachment holding shower head in place as it kept falling down - maybe needs replaced.
These rooms always have an issue with hanging clothes. Maybe needs some new ideas for this.
Overall though would stay here again."

"Stayed in the annex building, not main building. No elevator in the annex building. Had a room with twin beds, room & bathroom were small especially with luggage. Air conditioner started dripping lots of water during our next to last night. The floor & end of one of the beds were soaked. Staff was kind enough to give extra linens & towels & had maintenance come by the next morning.
Close to train/bus stations & attractions within walking distance."

"The room was clean but very basic, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaning staff, they were always welcoming with a smile and even attended our room hours after they'd done everyone else's as we spent almost a whole day relaxing in the room and then when we went out for dinner, they somehow knew and went in to freshen the room up which was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected given we hadn't seen them working on the floor when we left"
