"I was very disappointed that I had specifically booked a coastal view room, months ago, only to be told when I arrived that a coastal view room wasn't available. This is what I had booked and paid for. I was told at checkin that i was being given an 'upgrade', due to my booked coastal view room not being available, however the 'upgrade', was the exact same airport view room, just on a different floor. This is the 5th year I have stayed at your hotel, so I knew exactly what type of room I wanted to stay in. That is why I booked it. Then, after I was told the room I had booked was not available, I was offered to pre buy breakfast. At the very least, this should have been complimentary. I would hope that if I book again, the room I pay for is the room I stay in."
