The staff were extremely helpful and the amenities the hotel offer were great. The managers make it their business to interact with all the guests and are not afraid to lend a hand in the dining room if needed. "Staff was wonderful and friendly. There was a random cockroach when we first checked in and the room smelled a bit like urine but the room was nice and clean otherwise. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the food fresh and full. They varied the offers a little each day so that was nice. Location for universal was really great!"
