Staff were very friendly and helpful- umbrellas handed out on a rainy day. It has a bar (good cocktails), but no restaurant. Breakfast is a $10 per person voucher for the bakery and coffee shop in the hotel (although not owned by them). "A 2 block walk from Grand Central Station with several subway lines. End of LIRR line from Jamaica/ Air Train from JFK airport only 22 mins. Easy 15 min walk to Times Square. Room was small like most of this type of NYC hotel but bathroom was large with powerful hot shower and always hot water. We had a small balcony with view of Empire State Building.
