"Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"The vibe is a much younger one than I am used to but I was there only for one night to catch an early morning flight. Everyone working there was polite and helpful. My room was clean and small, but I was only one person and I said at check in (3 hours early) that I did not care what room I had. It was everything I needed. I stayed at the pool all day after three weeks in the Italian heat wave....the pool was very nice, the view was spectacular and the food and drinks were terrific. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delish. This hotel used to be some sort of school and it is VAST. The only thing I would caution is that elderly travelers might find it hard to navigate to different floors and rooms."

"Well I loved the theme and the decor of the hotel. I was shocked the pool is locked for hotel guests and a fee to use it with a reservation? Hotel guests should have priority over a day pass and it should be the opposite way around that outside guests need the reservation. It made a normal hotel stay where you randomly may go sit by the pool not a possibility, which was very unfortunate. Also be sure to ask how many people are in the communal reservation for dinner, because I would not have paid 70 euro just to awkwardly sit with one other couple."

"Very nice stay. Me and my wife was celebrating our 10 year anniversary with a weekend i Florence. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from city centre, so a nice and quiet area. We stayed a total of four nights, and the room was excellent, and so was the staff. Helping us with all our requests. Will book again! Forza Viola!😊"

"Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent instructions about the area and the hotel. The air conditioning worked great and everything in our room was clean and well cared for. We had 2 twins beds side by side that were comfortable and gave the room a lot of space. Location was a plus plus - just under 5 minutes easy walk from the Florence train station (only minus was to exit the train station there were about 20 steps."
