"The area is quiet. Our bedroom is clean. Refreshments is always available, you just need to ask the receptionist. Special mention to Hash and Mariam who has been very supportive in our stay, from giving us directions about the area and which app to use for booking transports. They are very accommodating. "L’hôtel n’étant pas rempli hors saison, nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre avec vue sur le Lac. Le personnel a été adorable et le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. En revanche, pour un hôtel de ce standing, nous aurions aimé des cloisons plus épaisses : cela nous aurait évité d’entendre les conversations téléphoniques de notre voisin et ses ronflements ! "

"exceptional hotel, from the nice customer service to the food,(breakfast included was phenomenal, so many options and fresh). It is also well located. "What a great hotel! Perfect location for the san siro stadium, literally outside! Plus very close to the metro for easy commute into Milan centre.
Very friendly staff, very clean throughout, room was perfect. Small but had clean beds, safe, tv, hanging space and bathroom with decent shower.
Beds were a little hard for me but personal choice. Would’ve like coffee making facility in the room but it’s a 3 star so can’t complain!
