"Room and bathroom were very good but could hear a lot of outside noise because of the doors were ajar in the bathroom to let the steam but could not shut them fully. Was woke up one day at 8:15 to workmen drilling, banging and talking loudly while lasted for about 10 hours. Think my room had been double booked the day before I was leaving and then I could not rest while I was out."

"This small hotel was right in the centre, minutes from the metro & a fantastic location for us to explore Naples. It was well maintained and really comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast in room was great, plentiful and very convenient. Staff were helpful & friendly. It was very quiet, despite the central local. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you."

"This property threw me off because it was inside of a building, but when I got to the fifth floor, it was a beautiful lobby and the most sweetest lady named Giselle who helped me with my check-in. The rooms are super modern, and you cannot imagine until you get in the room and then you’re like wow it seems like a five star hotel room. Gisele also helped us get a taxi to the airport which saved us a lot of time. Thank you so much."

"A lovely room in a great locatiin in Naples. Very clean and had great space and a tiny balcony with a chair and small table. Good size clean bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/body wash included as well as a hairdryer. Only a couple of suggestions which would have made it perfect- a safe would have been useful, and regular replenishment of the coffee sachets. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"The space was beautifully decorated and was always calm and quiet to walk into after being out in the city, I was especially impressed by the soundproofing of the rooms, we could hear other guests in the hallways but never heard voices from the other rooms and the windows were well-sealed against city noises. The housekeeper, who helped with breakfast was very friendly and gave us our courtesy key to leave our bags in the apartment after our checkout time to come back and collect them before...

"this was a disappointing stay. When we booked the room, it was noted that the room was in the Anex building. In reality, the room was located a 10 min walk through a pedestrian (motorcycles allowed), very busy and hectic road. It was an unwelcomed surprise at check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. But we just could overcome the issue with the location; the "anex" building is in a complete different area as the advertised location"

"Overall room was great and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit loud and distracting to fall asleep to. It was also dripping from condensation which also was a distraction. Pastries at breakfast were great and staff was there to make any drink requests you had."
