"Valentina is lovely!! She made sure our stay was truly wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about her. She was so kind and friendly. My husband and I actually said it spoiled us for the rest of our trip because no host or hotel has compared to her loveliness. From setting up super easy airport pick up, restaurant recommendation, answered all my random questions via WhatsApp throughout my time there! We checked in off hours and she gave us explicit instructions which made it super simple....

"Muy linda estancia, muy colorida pero sobre todo muy cómoda, no tuve problemas con ruido del exterior, y está muy cerca de restaurantes que son deliciosos, lo único es que si tenía un poco de humedad,’pero eso era más cuestión del clima que de la habitación, porque hasta fuera del hotel había mucha humedad. "Don't expect a large hotel. This is a small, cute and comfy hotel. The rooms are small, so space seems tight especially if you have large bags. The location is very good, close to Rialto bridge. Water bus stops are right across the canal, you will have to cross Rialto bridge. Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Breakfast was nice. I wouldn't recommend the private transfer option from railway station. Not worth 200 euros. I still had to wait outside station and took over an hour to...
