"What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. The hotel was refurbished a couple of years back and they’ve made a nice job of what you can imagine was an older building. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. This doesn't take it away that the hotel...
