"Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"

"Amazing location! The hotel is centrally located to all the touristy spots. Great surrounding restaurants, shops amd bars. The tram stops right out front the hotel, and its only a 15 min walk to central station. We were so pleased with the staff, they were always super helpful."

"The Hotel CC is a great hotel, we travelled with another couple. Our room was in the basement with a view of the canal and the other room was on the firat floor with canal view also. The rooms were spacious for Amsterdam and the hotel was updated, clean and the staff were wonderful. In the morning you bring your coffee cup to the front desk and get a cappuccino and take it back to your room to enjoy the view. The hotel is steps away from the train station and 2 blocks off the main drag. There...

"Room was very comfortable with coffee snacks etc and mini frig. Quiet room. Great location to walk to local sites. Typical steep stairs so pack light. Host was wonderful. "

"This hotel is well located, but be cautious, as the staff may try to scam you on the hotel tax 20 euros. The room is unacceptably dirty, with a moldy carpet, and noise from the doors and walls travels too easily, disrupting your stay."

"Eenpersoonskamer op de de 5de verdieping: heel veel geluidsoverlast, ook van hangjongeren. Eerste avond om half 2 's morgens naar de receptie gebeld omdat hangjongeren in groep al uren aan het roepen waren voor het hotel. Dit heeft nadien nog zeker een uur geduurd."

"We stayed there recently as my daughter-In-law had surgery and needed the handicap access room. The staff were fantastic! Everyone was so kind and helpful, fetching ice packs and loaning us a wheel chair to get her in and out. The hotel is dog friendly so their pup could be with her for her recovery. They had treats and bowls for him. The location, across from the station was super, too. (Brian and Daniella, she made it up the stairs! "

"Es war ein sehr schönes und sauberes zimmer. Die lage ist zentral und doch nicht mitten drin. "

"The place is in a very central location. Very close to the train station. We have spent around £250.00 per night plus taxes. I would expect them fou us to use the coffee machine in the lounge, but NO only if you're having a meeting. That's ludicrous. At brakefast, you would expect a 5 star hotel to have some Hinez beans and hash browns but unfortunately they don't do this. Apart from this it's a good clean hotel in a very ideal location."

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent both breakfast and dinner. Fantastic location just off Dam Square - we walked everywhere! Only complaint very little storage in the room for clothes and basically lived out of the suitcase. Still highly recommended! "
