"Parking is off site across the street every time we needed to access the car we had to notify the staff to open the gate. The room is super large with plenty of space. The view is amazing. The staff was helpful."

"We had great and friendly service from all the staff. It was close to the lagoon and we enjoyed watching the manatees surface while sitting on our balcony. While the restaurant was convenient, the food was average. The property is currently under renovation which can make for some loud afternoons. Overall we were pleased."

"The accommodations were satisfactory. The buffet was a positive aspect, but replenishment should be expedited when items are depleted, especially given the high volume of guests. I also had to request cream cheese, which ideally should be readily available, particularly since bagels are offered. Our room had an unpleasant odor. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken. Upon our second notification, they responded and attributed the smell to the air conditioning not being in operation. Given the local climate, it is unreasonable to expect guests to continuously run the air conditioning solely to mask an odor; this is not consistent with my experiences at other establishments. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the airport is convenient, and the shuttle service to the beach and Old San Juan shopping district was excellent. The surrounding area offers numerous amenities, and Uber services are prompt and affordable. A Walmart is located just three minutes away. Overall, this location is highly recommended, and I would consider staying here again."

"The hotel is on the beach with a beautiful view. The bar and food were great. The room was extremely small. We weren’t aware that the hotel and beach were primarily a gay beach. Not against it but caught off guard"

"Everyone on staff is polite and friendly- whoever does the hiring for these people is spot on! Last year I stayed in a nice hotel in Isla Verde but I missed the Marriott Stelaris (where I had stayed around 8 or 9 times). So I came back this year and was very happy to be there. Superior service."
