"The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. "It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

"Stayed in double queen bedroom, very clean, AC worked well. Had to ask staff multiple times for robes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Small fridge to store drinks but not leftovers. They took out $35/night for a "destination fee.""

"Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...

"It was in an excellent location, in Old San Juan near the Princess Cruise Terminal. It was clean and our host was easy to contact when we got to the place. We had a little difficulty communicating before we arrived and we did not have the check in code until we contacted our host by phone. The air conditioning worked well. There was no TV but we did not need one."

"It was a wonderful experience—every detail: the staff, the food, the service, and the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly, especially those at the front desk. If we return to PR, I am absolutely certain that we will choose this beautiful hotel again."

"The room was gross. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was not ready by 7am so we could not eat because we had to get to airport. There is NO parking and barely any on the side street where they want you to park. Not a good choice to stay if you have a physically challenged person traveling there. On another note Omar the desk clerk was AWESOME!! Very courtesy and helpful. He is the best asset at this inn. He made the stay bearable. Thank you Omar!!!!"

"From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. Although we did not take advantage of it, the sister property around...

Not the best first impression - maybe HSK works on island time. 2. 1115 on Monday - Hsk staff(male) entered room to replenish shower soap - DIDNT knock and wooden sign was showing do not enter equivalent. This is unsafe…Pool small but comfortable - great view…on site restaurants ok …"

"Lively resort. We loved our view. The grounds were clean and well maintained as were the rooms. The ocean had double red flags the entire time we were there but we still had a great time in the pools and sitting on the beach. The location is walkable or affordable uber ride to restaurants. There is a pharmacy next door for snacks and drinks. Overall we were very happy with the trip. "
