"Room is pretty run down. Foul smell in the bathroom, room has strong musky smell. Hand wash, bath gel and shampoo smelt really bad. Do not understand how they didn’t realise it. Breakfast was basic with lots of variety of fruits. Only went once out of 3 mornings. Positive : Location is good, right infront of the night market and many good restaurants nearby (5-10 mins walk). Receptionist, Anh was helpful is giving us information re Hoi An "

"Service was amazing, it is a beautiful property and landscaping. The pool was warm and had great lounge chairs beside it. Everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very beautiful. Great amenities were in the room, including air-conditioning, a nice big countertop to put your stuff, a refrigerator, coffee, and tea station, and rain, shower head plus all the toiletries you need. "From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
