"Point positif : très bien placé, face au marché. Double vitrage donc aucun bruit. Appart aéré et lumineux. Point négatif : la salle de bain est non refaite: infiltrations d eau sur les murs et étagères ,cabine de douche cassée, propreté douteuse, porte abîmée, lavabo à moitié bouché. Infiltrations de moisissures dans la chambre visibles derrière le papier peint qui se décolle, ampoule cassée dans l entrée. Bref, appartement qui pourrait être top mais non entretenu "
