"Large area, clean rooms as well as surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff especially Jenny. Her directions to places was great. Accommodating kitchen utensils and cutlery point of view. It would have been nice if basic like oil and salt & pepper was provided. Entertainment wise it was a bit lacking. It did not allow to login to my netflix account or youtube. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"My four-night stay at Hotel Don Ernesto La Chimba was wonderful, highlighted by the friendly staff and the absolutely excellent breakfast spread. The location is incredibly peaceful, tucked away in the jungle yet conveniently just 30 minutes from the airport. While some reviewers highlight that the rooms aren't Ritz-Carlton quality, I think it is important to note that the prices certainly reflect that, and the hotel offers tremendous value for an authentic and relaxing stay."
