The facilities were absolutely lovely and our stay was enchanted. The art studio feel combined with the exquisite foliage and romantic lighting made for a very peaceful week long stay. The hosts were warm and friendly. The place was just lovely with the woman's art on the walls. The breakfast was incredible! And the bed was comfortable. The only thing was that it was noisy. But it is in San Jose. I don't think you can find a quiet place in San Jose.

This was a last-minute booking for my final night in Costa Rica, and what an amazing find! It’s a beautiful home just in the edge of the center of Escazú. It’s very walkable into town for dinner and drinks. There is beautiful artwork throughout the home, painted by the host. Despite the language barrier, my host could not have been more welcoming. For a modest price, she prepared an amazing breakfast. Just a few kilometers from the center of San José, it was only about a 20-minute drive into the city. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Costa Rica.

This is an excellent B&B. The hosts are helpful and easy to work with. They clearly enjoy doing this and making the guest experience a good one. They are located in a good part of Escazu. While no places in CR are an "easy" drive, their location is quite convenient. If you are using Taxis etc. then, it really is easy, but we drove a car and had no problems. The room (King) we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay with them again, if we are back in Escasu. The neighborhood lost power during one of the nights - but that is not in the owner's control, it was restored pretty quickly and power loss seems fairly typical in CR.

I had a wonderful and welcoming stay at Tierra Magica. The hosts are incredibly kind and caring, I felt welcomed and safe. You can order food easily to the house or go by shops and restaurants nearby (all walking distance). The breakfast was magic (fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee) - highly recommended. I also enjoyed the art, by one of the hosts around the space too. Thank you for a beautiful experience and lovely memory of Costa Rica / Escazu.
