"Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. "The rooms including the en suite facilities are finished to a high standard. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of items available. The dinner menu also offered a good and varied choice of quality food. Staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. My second stay and I will have no hesitation of staying again"

"The check in and welcome was lovely and personal. Our room was huge, spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Well stocked with good quality coffee bags and tea and the toiletries smelt amazing. The shower was big, powerful and immaculate. Good breakfast buffet with artisan bread and fresh pastries and the staff were polite and cheerful. We would definitely like to stay here again."
