"Lovely friendly staff. Stayed for husbands birthday, they left chocolates and a drink in the room. Stayed in double deluxe, massive bed and clean. Quiet hotel, didnt hear any other guests. Food and drinks very reasonable! "

"The reception staff (Liz and Marianne) were very welcoming. Spotless throughout the hotel. Room spacious and very clean. Everything one needs for a stay. Shower nice and warm and strong. The housekeeping even though it’s not daily, they do come and check if you need anything. Free coffees and water on first floor 24/7. The hotel is smack bang in the city centre with every kind of shop on your doorstep. Secure entrance for late nights out. The Lime Street rail station just minutes away. Plenty of taxis around. City is mostly walkable. Definitely will return to Citadines Liverpool again. "
