"Located opposite the main railway station made it easy to navigate around KL and places further afield. The hotel’s pool is a great area however it was disappointingly unkempt, the staff obviously lazy."

"They have parking located adjacent to the entrance and VIP parking available options. Upon entrance they have a water station for visitors and popcorn. A playarea for small children as you checking to entertain them. A grab and go area to purchase items from. The staff guided our family with a map of the area and places to visit. There is a shopping mall area across from ALoft. The pool and bar are on the rooftop with amazing views. The breakfast buffet is very sorted and has something to eat for everyone. Ice is avaliable upon request."
