"This is located in the heart of Hiroshima. A beautiful, newer hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel has a big lobby so you won’t feel crowded. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location provides shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property."

"Convenient location right next to Hiroshima train station. If you fly into Hiroshima it’s easy to get the airport limousine bus to the station and therefore to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they stored our bags for us until the afternoon of the day we checked out. The rooms were nice and clean."

"Booked the standard double. It had sacrificed space for separated shower, toilet and handbasin. However the shower wet room was excellent. Not much room for luggage so wouldn't recommend for those with lots of luggage or having a long stay. Soundproofing was excellent, never heard other guests or trams. Staff were efficient."

"This hotel is in a fabulous location. We had a corner room with 2 twin beds which was quite roomy compared to other rooms we have been in during our stay in Japan. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. Very easy check in/out. The lobby has continuous free goodies and drinks for guests. They keep several amenities in big trays for guests to take. Room was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. "
